Service Description
Renew your AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Provider credentials in one convenient training day. This bundled course is designed for healthcare professionals who currently hold the required Provider credentials and need to complete all three renewals. This course is for renewals only and cannot be used for initial certification. COURSES INCLUDED • AHA Basic Life Support Renewal • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Renewal • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support Renewal BEFORE ATTENDING Participants must complete all required ACLS and PALS precourse assessments and online preparation before attending. Proof of completion must be submitted or brought to class as instructed. BLS does not require precourse work. Completing the required preparation in advance allows the in-person session to focus on course review, hands-on practice, simulated emergency scenarios, and skills testing. COURSE FORMAT This instructor-led renewal bundle combines BLS, ACLS, and PALS review, hands-on practice, and required skills testing in one training day. COURSE COMPLETION Participants who successfully complete all requirements will receive AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Provider eCards. Each credential is valid for two years.
Cancellation Policy
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your registration, please use the Manage Booking link included in your confirmation email or contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your class. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund. For blended-learning courses, fees associated with online course materials may be nonrefundable once the materials or access link have been issued. CANCELLATIONS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES BY THE TRAINING PROVIDER If we need to cancel a class, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and may choose to transfer their registration to another available date or receive a full refund. If we need to reschedule a class, registered students will be notified of the new date and time. If the new schedule does not work for a student, they may transfer their registration to another available class or request a full refund. We are not responsible for additional expenses resulting from a class cancellation or schedule change, including travel, lodging, childcare or lost wages. Classes are offered at scheduled training locations throughout Colorado Springs. The exact location is provided during registration.
